Arbitration Solicitors

Arbitration is the key to settling disputes outside of court. As the claimant your party (you and the solicitors you instruct) act against the respondent. Both parties present cases to an arbitrator who is an independent person, outside of both parties. They will review both arguments with objectivity and cast a judgement on the case. Their decision is called an award.

We can be an agent for your side. We will help you with a defence strategy, tell you what evidence you ned to collect and put your argument together for the arbitrator. We are also happy attend meetings with you to help you answer any questions the arbitrator may have.

Litigation Solicitors

The Litigation process means a dispute has escalated to the courts where both sides of the case will be presented to a courtroom during a trial and appeal. Our solicitors are trained and experienced in cases of litigation and have supported many individuals resolving disputes that go as far as litigation.
